17.05.260: PERMITTED USES; PRINCIPAL:
Principal permitted uses in an R-17 District shall be as follows:
Administrative.
Childcare facility.
Community education.
Duplex housing as specified by the R-12 District.
Essential service.
"Home occupation", as defined in this title.
Multiple-family.
Neighborhood recreation.
Public recreation.
Single-family detached housing. (Ord. 3600, 2018)
