(A) It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any property within the town to cause, allow or permit mud, dirt, trash, debris or other materials from his, her or their property to go on to any street, alley, sidewalk or other public property in the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any builder, contractor, truck operator or hauler to cause, allow or permit mud, dirt, trash, debris or other materials to go on to any street, alley, sidewalk or other public property in the town.
(C) Should any owner, occupant, builder, contractor, truck operator or hauler fail to remove or otherwise dispose of the mud, dirt, trash, debris or other materials within 24 hours after notice by the town, the individual or individuals shall be deemed in violation of this section, and each day thereafter shall be deemed a separate offense.
(D) This section becomes effective upon its adoption.
