§ 51.050 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge without a town permit to any natural outlet within the town or in any area under the jurisdiction of the town and/or to the POTW any wastewater, except as authorized by the appropriate authority in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
