(A) All citizens outside city limits who wish to connect to the town’s mains, either water or sewer, will be required to pay the connection fees.
(B) All arrangements must be made prior to connection and permission granted by the Board of Aldermen.
(C) All water and or sewer mains outside city limits once installed, regardless of who installed the main or mains will become the property of the town once they are connected to the town mains. The town will be responsible for the maintenance of the mains to the town meter on a water main and to the consumers property line on a sewer main.
