§ 50.35 SEWERS GENERALLY.
   (A)   No privately owned or maintained sewer system or septic tanks shall be maintained within the town limits.
   (B)   All consumers shall use every reasonable effort to ensure that no surface water from gutters, down spouts or drains is introduced into the sewage system and shall likewise use every effort to prevent infiltration into the sewage system of all surface waters.
   (C)   All sanitary waste within the town limits must be connected with the municipal sewage system.
   (D)   A sewer fee will be collected from all persons within the city limits and a sewer connection fee will be collected from all persons outside the town limits. The connection charges hereinabove provided may be changed by order of the town as such time as market conditions may justify. Charges are posted in the town’s office.
   (E)   The rules set forth in this subchapter are in addition to all rules and regulations provided elsewhere.
