§ 50.28 INITIAL OR MINIMUM CHARGE.
   (A)   The initial or minimum charge, as provided in the rate schedule, shall be made for each meter installed, regardless of location.
   (B)   Water furnished for a given lot shall be used on that lot only. Each class of service must be separately metered.
