§ 50.25 CLASSIFICATION OF SERVICE.
   (A)   Residential. This category applies strictly to a single-family dwelling or to each residential unit in an auto court, duplex or multiple-dwelling building.
   (B)   Commercial. This category applies to all service not classified as residential.
