§ 50.02 WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS.
   No person, firm or corporation shall connect with the water or sewer systems of the town until he, she or it shall have made application and shall have paid connection charges which shall be determined from time to time by the Board and which shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Administrator.
