(A) (1) Residential outside aboveground storage of any flammable liquid is prohibited in the town, except for limited quantities.
(2) Residential individual bulk storage tanks shall not exceed 550-gallon capacity and then only when the storage would pose no hazard to nearby persons or residential property.
(B) Businesses' bulk storage tanks will be reviewed on an individual basis with prior approval of the Town Planning Board, the Board of Aldermen may issue a permit for aboveground storage tanks; provided that, the property owner assures compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
