§ 35.02 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Mayor shall have the authority to independently exercise the following duties and responsibilities, after reasonable attempts to convene a meeting of the full Board of Aldermen if proven unsuccessful. The Mayor shall have the authority to delegate any of the authorized power to a designee such as the Mayor Pro Tem or Town Administrator.
