§ 114.15 DISAPPROVAL; REASONS FOR.
   The Town Administrator must deny the license application for one or more of the following reasons:
   (A)   The license application is incomplete so as to not contain all information required by this chapter;
   (B)   The applicant (including any partners, corporate officers, directors, and shareholders where applicable), has been convicted of a crime in the local, state or federal court systems for any violations listed in this chapter;
   (C)   The applicant (including any partners, corporate officers and directors, where applicable), has made false or fraudulent statements in the application, evidence of which is disclosed by a town background investigation or by any other lawful means;
   (D)   The application for an adult establishment does not meet the requirements of this chapter; or
   (E)   The applicant for a sexually oriented business has not received a special use permit from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
