(A) The term of all licenses required under this chapter shall be for a period of 12 months, commencing on the date of issuance of the license. The application for a license shall be accompanied by payment in full of the fees referred to in this chapter and established by the Board of Aldermen. Payment shall be made by certified or cashier's check or money order. No application shall be considered complete until all such fees are paid.
(B) All license shall be Issued for a specific location and/or person and shall be nonrefundable and nontransferable.
(C) The license fees shall be set by the Board of Aldermen from time to time and be recorded in the Town Board of Aldermen meeting minutes at which they are set.
