§ 33.02 PURCHASING PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Before any order is given for items to be paid by the town or any purchases made by any town employee, the Board of Aldermen must approve or otherwise give authority to the employee before purchasing.
   (B)   Any town employee purchasing goods without permission from the Board of Aldermen will be held responsible for the cost of same.
