§ 113.01 UNLAWFUL OPERATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation within the corporate limits of the town to dismantle automobiles, trucks, other vehicles or machinery of any nature, or to accumulate iron, steel, tin, copper, wire, other metals, tires or other second hand materials commonly known as “junk”, on any lot or in any structure within the corporate limits of the town and it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to collect together any of the foregoing materials for the purpose of storing, buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the same, within the corporate limits of the town.

   (B)   The town has passed this chapter under the law enforcement power of the town and pursuant to the statutes, in such cases made and provided, to protect the public health of the citizens of the town, and to protect the property in the town against fire, and to prevent a public nuisance from being created by reason of the accumulation of materials hereinbefore specified.
