(A) Pool or billiard halls are prohibited from operating within the limits of the town.
(B) Any business which operates amusement devices such as pinball machines, electronic games and any other amusement machines shall be subject to the following rules and regulations with respect to operation of the machines:
(1) No Sunday operation of the machines;
(2) No person under the age of 16 years will be allowed to operate the machines or to enter or remain in a game room unless accompanied and supervised by an adult relative, guardian or custodian; and
(3) It shall be unlawful to allow the operation of the machines between the following hours: 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
(C) Privilege license shall be obtained for each amusement device. Privilege license to operate amusement devices permitted by state law is conditioned upon following the above regulations. Failure to observe the above rules will result in revocation of privilege license.
(D) The Board of Aldermen shall determine the sufficiency of proof of violations of any of the above rules or conditions and may revoke or suspend the license to operate at any time by a majority vote of the Board.
