§ 111.02 UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE WITHOUT CERTIFICATE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab upon and over the streets of the town without first having applied for and secured from the Board of Aldermen a certificate of privilege licenses.
