§ 32.06 OTHER OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   Other officers and employees that are deemed necessary shall be appointed by the Board of Aldermen at the first meeting in May following each election. All officers and employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Board and receive compensation as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board.
