§ 32.02 OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The Town Administrator shall be appointed by the Board at the first meeting in December following each election.
   (B)   The Town Administrator shall oversee the day to day tasks of each department within the town.
   (C)   The Town Administrator shall keep or cause to be kept in a safe place all monies, records and accounts.
   (D)   The Town Administrator shall perform other duties as the Board may from time to time require.
