§ 95.01 TIMES OF OPERATION.
   The town parks will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. during eastern standard time (November 1 to March 31) and will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. during eastern daylight savings time (April 1 to October 31). The town parks will be closed to the public during all other hours.
