§ 93.27 UNLAWFUL KILLING, RELEASING AND THE LIKE OF CERTAIN ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or release any animal under observation either for ten days, or six months for rabies, any animal suspected of having been exposed to rabies, or to release any animal subject to quarantine or destruction for having bitten a human, or to remove the animal from the county.
