§ 93.07 INTERFERENCE WITH ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or molest the Animal Control Officer or the Animal Advisory Board’s agents or veterinarians in the performance of any duty authorized by this chapter, or to seek to release any animal in the custody of the agents, except as otherwise specifically provided.
   (B)   It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the interference alleged consisted of speech only.
