(A) Special meetings of the Board may be held, after 24 hours’ notice, upon the call of the Mayor or upon the request in writing of any two members of the Board of Aldermen.
(B) Notice of the time and purposes of the special meetings shall be posted at the Town Hall and due notice shall be given to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen the time and purposes of the meetings.
