§ 74.13 LIGHTS ON PARKED VEHICLES.
   The displaying of lights upon a vehicle, when lawfully parked at night upon a street of the town in accordance with this subchapter, shall not be required when there is sufficient light to reveal any person within a distance of 200 feet upon the street.
