§ 74.09 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, rollerskates or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same, or himself or herself, to any public conveyance, or moving vehicle upon the roadway.
