717.04 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.

(a) If a person licensed under this chapter voluntarily quits business, he shall surrender the license certificate and license tag within ten days from the time of such cessation.

(b) All licenses issued under this chapter shall expire on December 31 of the year that the license was issued.
