(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) Whoever fails to obey an order issued by the Director of Public Service or by his duly authorized representative, pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
