553.06 MOTOR VEHICLES TO CROSS BETWEEN TRAINS.

(a) After one locomotive, train of cars or a section of a train has crossed any street, no other locomotive or car shall be permitted to cross until all detained persons have had ample time to cross the tracks.

(1938 Code §200)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
