549.12 PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
   (a)    No person shall sell or offer for sale, or keep for sale, for illuminating purposes, any mineral or petroleum oil, kerosene, oil, fluid or any substance which is a product of petroleum, or into which petroleum or any product of petroleum enters, or is found as a constituent element, except such as will stand a lawful fire test as provided by statute.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
