529.10 INTOXICANTS PROHIBITED ON GROUNDS UNDER CONTROL OF THE RECREATION BOARD.

(a) No person shall have in his possession a bottle, flask or container containing intoxicating liquor or beer nor consume any intoxicating liquor or beer upon the premises or grounds under supervision of the Recreation Board.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
