(a) No person shall play at or be engaged in any game whatsoever for any amount of money or property on the premises or grounds under the supervision of the Recreation Board, including Community Park and Cherry Street Park in the City.
(b) Upon observing the commission of any offense listed in subsection (a) hereof, the Recreation Director or anyone acting under him shall eject any such offender from such premises or grounds.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
