505.15 HARBORING A DANGEROUS DOG.

(a) No person shall own, harbor or keep a cross, vicious or dangerous dog in such a manner or place that it may come in contact with an invitee or other member of the general public.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
