505.14 OWNER LIABLE FOR ANIMAL’S DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.

(a) The owner, keeper or harborer of any animal which damages or destroys park or public property shall be held liable for the full value of the property damaged or destroyed, in addition to any penalty imposed for violation of this section.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
