351.16 PARKING ON TREE LAWN AREA.
   (a)   For purposes of this section the term motor vehicle shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(B).
   (b)   No individual, firm or other entity shall park a motor vehicle between a curb and sidewalk where such area is located upon City right-of-way.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00). A continued violation at the end of each twenty-four hour period after the initial violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (d)   In addition to the other penalties provided in subsection (c) hereof any vehicle found parked in violation of this section, may be towed to an appropriate place of storage from the place of violation and the costs thereof shall be billed to the owner of such vehicle.

   (d)   This section extends only to those areas where curbing has been installed and in existence and shall not apply to uncurbed areas. (Ord. 1979-47. Passed 5-24-79.)
