1525.12 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by an order of the Fire Chief, or whenever the Fire Chief fails to approve a Vacant Building and/or Development Plan as required in Section 1525.08 and Section 1525.09 of this Chapter, the person may file an appeal with the Board of Zoning Appeals. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be final.
