(a) A notice or order issued by the Director of Zoning may be appealed to the Director of Zoning within ten (10) days after receipt of the notice or order.
(b) A bill received for nuisance abatement may be appealed to the Finance Director before the due date of the bill. The Director of Finance shall have jurisdiction to affirm, reverse or modify the bill. A person aggrieved by a final decision of the Finance Director may further appeal the decision to City Council within thirty (30) days after the Finance Director's decision.
