That the port authority to be designated and known as the "Clyde Development Authority" (the "Port Authority") is hereby established under the authority of Ohio Revised Code 4582.22, (the "Act") by the City of Clyde, Ohio for the purposes of enhancing, fostering, aiding, providing, or promoting, transportation, economic development, housing, recreation, education, government operations, culture, and research.
