513.15 BUSINESSES ENGAGED IN THE LEGAL SALE AND OR CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA.

Any business wishing to engage in the cultivation and or sale of marijuana or any products containing marijuana must be approved by both the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) and then also by City Council at Council’s next regularly scheduled meeting following BZA approval. (Ord. 2017-06. Passed 2-7-17.)
