191.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Upon subsequent conviction, such individual shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned from not more than sixty (60) days or both in addition to any other penalties as imposed by this chapter.
