(a) The Street Department shall be known as the General Service Department.

(b) The Service Department shall include all operations in connections with the repair and maintenance of the City facilities.

(c) The City Manager is authorized to hire a person for the position of Superintendent of the Department.

(d) The salary of the Superintendent shall be as provided by Council.
