(a) For purpose of this chapter, cemetery shall mean McPherson Cemetery, located at intersection of McPherson Highway and E. Maple Street within the City.
(b) Cemetery hours of operation shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, except for holidays. Summer hours shall be between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The cemetery is open to public daily from dawn to dusk.
(c) The cemetery shall fall under the supervision and control by the Parks and Cemetery Superintendent.
