(a) Carrying of firearms, except for ceremonial purpose, is prohibited.
(b) Boisterous or profane language or other acts which in anyway disturb the quiet and good order of the cemetery is prohibited.
(c) Sale of refreshments on cemetery grounds prohibited.
(d) Animals shall not be permitted upon cemetery grounds.
(e) Motor vehicles shall be operated on the paved roadways therein and speed for said motor vehicles shall not exceed five (5) miles per hour.
(f) Persons are prohibited from disposing of paper, old flowers or any other refuse upon the lawn or drives of the cemetery, except in refuse baskets and areas designated for said purpose.
(g) Persons are prohibited from plucking any plant, flower, whether wild or cultivated, nor breaking or injuring any tree or shrub or marring any monument or in any other manner defacing the grounds of the cemetery.
