1311.16 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION CHAPTER ADMINISTRATOR.

The City Manager or his designate hereby appointed to administer and implement this chapter by granting or denying development permit applications in accordance with its provisions. (Ord. 2002-101. Passed 11-19-02.)
