The areas of special flood hazard have been identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in a scientific and engineering report entitled Flood Insurance Study Sandusky County, Ohio (and Incorporated Areas) and Flood Insurance Rate Map Sandusky County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas both effective April 18, 2011. This study and any revisions to the aforementioned maps and/or studies are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of these regulations. Such maps and/or studies are on file at the Office of the Zoning Inspector, 222 North Main Street, Clyde, Ohio.
