1331.02 APPLICATION AND FEE.

(a) Prospective builders shall file applications for permits to build such buildings with the office of the City Manager on approved forms which shall be available at the office of the Manager.

(b) A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be collected by the Manager for each building permit issued.
