SECTION 10-1 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN EFFECT.

All existing ordinances, resolutions and other acts, or parts thereof, of the Municipality which are not inconsistent with this Charter, shall remain in effect until amended or repealed by the Council.
