(a) Minor changes in the location or siting of buildings or structures may be authorized by the City Manager. No change authorized by the City Manager under this section may alter the size of any building or structure by more than ten percent (10%), nor change the location of any building or structure by more than ten feet in any direction. All maximum or minimum requirements must still be met or exceeded. The City Manager must report the approved changes to the Planning Commission at the meeting immediately following the authorized change.
(b) All other changes will require that the appropriate procedure for approval be followed from the beginning.
