(a) For purposes of the Zoning Ordinance, a Multiple-Family Residential Development may consist of one or any combination of the following:
(1) Apartment buildings containing a minimum of four individual dwelling units;
(2) Townhouses/rowhouses; or
(3) Condominiums.
(b) Multiple-Family Residential Developments are permitted as follows:
(1) Apartments are principally permitted uses in the R-3 Multiple-Family Districts and conditionally permitted uses in the C-1 Central Business District;
(2) Townhouses/rowhouses are conditionally permitted uses in the R-2 Mixed Residential District;
(3) Condominiums are principally permitted uses in the R-3 Multiple-Family Residential District;
(4) Each type of Multiple-Family Residential Development shall be permitted in a PUD District in accordance with the approved PUD Site Development Plan.
