(a) Garage sales are permitted in any zoning district.
(b) Each household is entitled to no more than three garage sales per calendar year.
(c) Garages sales may not extend for more than three consecutive days and may operate between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. during those days.
(d) A zoning certificate must be obtained for each garage sale.
