1129.05 VIOLATIONS AND REMEDIES.
   (a)    In case any building is, or is proposed to be located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged, changed, maintained or used, or any land is, or is proposed to be, used in violation of the Zoning Ordinance, Council, the City Solicitor, the City Manager, or any neighboring property owner who would be damaged by such violation, in addition to other remedies provided by law, may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other appropriate action or proceeding to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such unlawful location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use.
   (b)    Any zoning certificate issued upon a false statement shall be void. Whenever the fact of such false statement shall be established to the satisfaction of the City Manager, or construction or use does not comply with the terms of the Zoning Certificate issued; the certification shall be revoked by notice in writing, to be delivered to the holder of the void certificate upon the premises concerned, or posted in some conspicuous place upon the premises. Any person who shall proceed thereafter with such work or use without having obtained new zoning certificates in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of violation thereof.
