(a) The following fees are to be levied for the filing of certain documents and services rendered by City administrators pursuant to the Subdivision Regulations.

Preliminary plat review | $20.00 per acre or any portion thereof but not less than $75.00 |
Review of revisions and modifications required in preliminary review | $10.00 per acre or portion thereof |
Final plat review | $30.00 per acre or portion thereof but not less than $200.00 |
(b) No action shall be taken on any application or appeal until all applicable fees and charges have been paid in full.
